The login account and password are the email account and email password. Log in with the email and password; do not use the profile ID to log in.

- Third-party tools that automatically add contacts or send messages carry a risk of account restrictions; use them with caution.
Note: Avoid changing important account information during the first 2 hours after the first login.

- Complete the first login and check the account within 24 hours after purchase.
- If there is a problem during the first login, contact customer support within 24 hours.
- Refunds or replacements are not supported after the after-sales period.
- Bans, verification, or inability to change the password, email or phone number caused by later actions after a successful login are outside the after-sales scope.
